Job summary

AgentSync is looking for a Director of DevOps, Security and IT to lead cloud infrastructure, security program, and IT foundations. You will set strategy, grow a high-performing team, and partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, and business leaders to deliver reliable, secure platforms.

Responsibilities include roadmapping, cost optimization, incident readiness, SOC 2 readiness, AI enablement, and vendor management across cloud, security, and IT domains.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DevOps, security, and IT teams in startup or high-growth SaaS.
• Hands-on production AWS experience with IaC and container platforms.
• Proven track record delivering security programs and SOC 2 readiness.
• Experience with budgeting and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, roadmap, and goals for DevOps, Security, IT.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers; drive accountability.
• Own AWS infra reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Improve CI/CD and self-service for developers.
• Lead incident response and disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee security program across cloud, identity, endpoints.
• Lead AI enablement across Engineering and business teams.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
