The location in Skookumchuck, (British Columbia, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position ofProcess Engineer. This job is full-time permanent.
General Management
• Promotes and supports the health & safety program.
• Develops process control, testing and sampling techniques necessary to control mill processes.
• Reviews operating reports and recommend solutions to any deviations from control targets. Provide direct assistance in implement solutions when required.

Policies, Procedures and Controls
• Evaluates new or existing processes and equipment to further optimize production, quality and costs.

Audit
• Ensures internal and external customer specifications are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:
• This position requires a diploma or degree in Science with 3 years experience in kraft pulp milling.
• Good interpersonal skills, comfortable in a team environment and interacting with others.
• Excellent written, verbal, listening and troubleshooting skills.
• A record of safety and environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis.
