Job summary

Superior Glove is seeking a Chemical Engineering Co-op Student to join our R&D team at the Acton, Ontario headquarters. This hands-on role offers exposure to experimental design, formulation, and process optimization in a real manufacturing setting.

As part of a collaborative, safety‑driven environment, you will conduct lab-scale trials, analyze results, and contribute to product development while balancing academic commitments.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering or related program.
• Strong understanding of mass and energy balances, heat transfer, and reaction engineering.
• Experience with data analysis and laboratory testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory and pilot-scale trials, including formulation development and process validation.
• Perform analytical testing and material characterization.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.
• Support R&D projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
