Position overview

We are seeking a full-time Team Leader to represent the Nespresso brand, ensure operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will also play a key role in driving sales and meeting targets.

A typical day

  • Debriefing the team on objectives and deliverables
  • Analyzing KPI reports and coaching to meet metrics
  • Communicating effectively with team and management
  • Creating positive brand experiences for all stakeholders
  • Balancing administrative and customer service tasks

Success factors

  • Bilingual in English and French is required for daily interactions with a bilingual clientele.
  • Passionate about coffee and sustainability
  • 2-3 years' experience in high-volume retail
  • Proven ability to understand and drive KPIs
  • Strong time management and analytical skills
