Position summary

We are seeking a full-time Team Leader to act as a brand ambassador for Nespresso, ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience. You will also play a key role in driving sales and meeting targets.

A day in the life
  • Inform and train team members on objectives and expectations
  • Analyze KPI reports and coach team to meet targets
  • Maintain effective communication with team and management
  • Create positive brand experiences for all stakeholders
  • Balance administrative duties with customer service
What will help you succeed
  • Fluent in both English and French for daily bilingual interactions
  • Passion for coffee and sustainability
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-volume retail
  • Strong understanding and application of KPIs
  • Effective time management and analytical skills
