Position summary

We are seeking a full-time Team Leader to join our team. This role involves representing the Nespresso brand, ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales to meet targets.

A day in the life

  • Debriefing the team on objectives and deliverables
  • Analyzing KPI reports and coaching to meet metrics
  • Communicating effectively with team and management
  • Creating a positive brand experience for stakeholders
  • Balancing administrative and customer service tasks

What will make you successful

  • Bilingual in English and French, required for daily interactions with a bilingual clientele.
  • Passionate about coffee and sustainability
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-volume retail
  • Proven ability to understand and drive KPIs
  • Effective time management and analytical skills
