Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Team Leader to act as a brand ambassador, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also play a key role in driving sales and meeting targets.

A day in the life

  • Inform and train the team on objectives and expectations
  • Analyze KPI reports and coach the team to meet goals
  • Maintain effective communication with team and management
  • Create a positive brand experience for all stakeholders
  • Balance administrative tasks with customer service

What you need to succeed

  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Passionate about coffee and sustainability
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-volume retail
  • Strong understanding and management of KPIs
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills
