Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must hold a valid Food Handlers certificate.
• Ability to work under pressure in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes.
• Supervise kitchen operations for smooth service.
• Monitor portions and waste to maintain margins.
• Train and develop line staff for high performance.
• Ensure quality and presentation meet standards.
• Manage inventory and stocking of supplies.
