Job summary

Full Circle Brew Co. is opening a new bar and restaurant at Fenwick, Newcastle, seeking a Chef de Partie to join a fast-moving kitchen. You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to deliver every dish to an exacting standard, under pressure and with pride in output.

The role requires solid Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef experience in a high-volume concept (burger/fried chicken preferred). Level 2 Food Hygiene is required or obtainable before starting.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Background in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments.
• Food hygiene Level 2 minimum required.
• Reliable team player who supports station and colleagues.
• Willing to obtain Level 2 certificate before starting if needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all dishes to recipes and plating guides with consistency.
• Own your station, stay organized and maintain quality through service.
• Work at pace during busy services without compromising standards.
• Support Kitchen Manager in training and guiding junior chefs.
• Lead the kitchen in the Kitchen Manager's absence and ensure smooth service.
