The Home Depot in Kingston, Ontario is seeking a Front End Associate to guide customers to registers and support at assisted checkouts. You will help process transactions accurately and promptly through our GET checkout process, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining products and services, reducing wait times, and promoting options like Credit, Extended Warranty, Tool Rental, and Pro Services.

Formación

• Minimum education: Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–2 years Retail or Cash experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and cash handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet each customer and engage them during the transaction.
• Assist customers at assisted check-outs and ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest solutions to meet customer needs.
• Promote services such as Credit, Extended Warranty, Tool Rental, Pro Services, etc.
