Job summary

Giant Tiger in Levis, QC is seeking a friendly, motivated team member to join our checkout team as a cashier. You will help customers, process transactions, and keep the checkout area organized and welcoming.

This role requires good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Full-time and part-time schedules with weekend shifts are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service at the checkouts.
• Accurately records customer transactions in electronic cash register, mainline and self checkouts (SCOs).
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area.
• Ensuring health and safety policies and guidelines are followed.
• Ensuring the checkout work area is kept clean and organized.
• Ensuring Loss prevention best practices are followed.
• Ensuring compliance of all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery.
