MANDIS FINANCIAL in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an experienced CPA to join our accounting team in a permanent role. You will manage balance sheets, prepare financial statements, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while delivering client-focused financial advice.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, a provincial licence, and strong proficiency in ACCPAC, QuickBooks, MS Office, and tax software.

Tasks

• Identify clients' financial goals and objectives
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Plan, set up and administer accounting systems
