RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while maintaining the highest quality delivery for our clients Lead, guide, train, and mentor field and coordination staff Provide accurate financial reports for project performance and targets, including cost and revenue forecasting, accruals, billing, receivables, and payables management, and working capital management Develop and manage schedules, resource plans, procurement, project commissioning, and risk mitigation strategies Control costs and maximize productivity through the implementation of best practices and standard processes Effectively manage and maintain all written and verbal project communications, both formal and informal Maintain client satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns Develop relationships with subcontractors to build a pool of resources; manage a selection of subcontracts for projects, where required Proactively assess risks; ensure a safe and healthy work environment Develop customer relationships supporting further business development SUCCESS FACTORS - What excellence looks like Project Management : Flawlessly deliver on all project components to exceed client satisfaction Planning & Problem Solving : Plan for every situation and resolve issues before they happen Accountability : Own each project and its outcome while following company standards Agility : Adjust and pivot to changes with ease Communication : Transmit information with consistency and clarity; adapt to different styles QUALIFICATIONS : Previous and progressive experience as a Project Manager in the audio-visual, integrated security, or structured cabling industry.

Previous experience managing large, construction projects preferred Experience delivering projects utilizing Lenel, Avigilon, Genetec, Belden, CommScope, Crestron, Biamp, Extron preferred Previous sales, estimating, or design experience is considered a bonus Post-secondary education from an engineering technology program (controls and instrumentation, electronics, electrical, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification is considered an asset Company Info : Paladin Technologies is a premier North American complex systems integrator for building technology solutions, including IP security, alarms & monitoring, audio visual, low-voltage infrastructure, and networking.
