TELUS Small & Medium Business Solutions (SMB) is a dedicated B2B sales channel serving customers in the business market. The Channel Manager-Sales supports our Fibre access and sales teams.

In our dynamic, fast-paced B2B environment, you will build and maintain relationships with developers and internal TELUS stakeholders. As the Channel Manager, you will present and negotiate marketing partnerships and support developers throughout the build lifecycle, focusing on providing an optimal customer experience. You have a passion for customers, people, sales, and success, supporting developers through their project lifecycle and building partnerships.

Here's the impact you’ll make:

As a Channel Manager – Sales, you’ll :

  • Support developers, operations, and processes for the sales team and technicians to exceed goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow TELUS' business within the market.
  • Collaborate with the Business Marketing team to improve efficiencies.

As an Expert, you’ll :

  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial developers.
  • Draft and negotiate marketing partnership agreements.
  • Forecast projects, address roadblocks, and support utility line activities.
  • Support sales operations and processes for sales and technicians.
  • Handle end customer issues.
  • Engage with leasing agents and developers to acquire tenant lists.
  • Gather and share project information with TELUS stakeholders.
  • Provide performance metrics for business planning and forecasting.
  • Coordinate resources within the team and stakeholders.
  • Represent TELUS positively and uphold company values.
  • Support and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Track opportunities and ensure resource optimization.

Qualifications

Salary Range : $78,000-$118,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 12%

Compensation depends on experience, skills, and performance. Benefits include:
