This position is on the Marketing Transformation & Readiness team in DX Marketing. We are on a mission to transform and optimize the way the DX Marketing team works through process and technology. As a Change Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional Marketing teams to drive comprehensive change plans for priority initiatives and build strategies supporting long-term behavior change – as well as ensuring cross-team and cross-functionality alignment.
What You’ll Do
- Leverage change management best practices to ensure the successful adoption of strategic initiatives.
- Partnering with cross-functional team members to assess change impacts and readiness levels; developing plans to address these impacts.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with cross-functional partners of all levels; engaging with and supporting sponsors of the change, including executives and senior leadership.
- Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications; driving program-level and leadership communications for the change.
- Creating enablement plans; providing input for and support training efforts of cross-functional team members; delivering training resources and materials.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance, supporting change ambassadors/agents for initiatives as appropriate.
- Establishing and measuring important metrics for change adoption and program success.
- Work with business owners and product managers to understand business processes; employee roles in those processes; and interpret the impact of the technology solution on the processes and roles.
- Develops and maintains Project Change Strategy (Communications, Alignment, Training, Reinforcement, and Resistance) and detailed plans.
- Executes program level communications for broad audiences.
- Leads Change Agent Strategy and Meetings.
- Authors materials to be distributed for particular interest groups’ meetings, emails, newsletters to ensure messaging aligns with Program status and brand.
- Provides Change Coaching to program leaders.
- Align with the Product Owners and Service Owners for Project business goals/drivers.
- Convert technical team documentation into cohesive process-driven user documentation and enablement materials.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Years of demonstrated ability working with organizational change implementations; certifications (PROSCI, etc.) is a plus.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to empower and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationship.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations across various functions and at all levels in an organization.
