We are looking for a Change Management Lead to join our growing team in Remote (US).

Must Haves:

  • Change Management expertise: Proven experience and certification in change management.
  • Leadership and influence: Strong leadership presence and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Project management skills: Excellent planning, execution, and oversight capabilities.

The Change Management Lead will:

  • Assess the change impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop a digital transformation change management plan in collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate plan execution across different teams such as the Digital Transformation Office, Marketing, Talent, Operations, Technology, and Growth.
  • Track timelines, report weekly progress, and escalate challenges.
  • Support communication efforts: Design, develop, deliver, and manage key communications with leadership approval.
  • Drive and report on training efforts: Support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Assess, measure, and report on change progress; adjust plans based on feedback.
  • Coach management and other stakeholders on change management best practices.
  • Manage the overall change portfolio.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives, preferably including digital transformation.
  • Change management certification or designation is preferred.
