An established industry player is seeking a Change Management & Communications Manager to lead the change control lifecycle in their cybersecurity delivery portfolio. This role is perfect for a self-starter who excels in building structure and automating processes. You will craft strategic communications, engage stakeholders, and ensure transparency across teams. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving foundational change, this opportunity will allow you to make a significant impact while collaborating with senior leadership and diverse teams.
About the Role
We are looking for a certified and execution-oriented Change Management & Communications Manager to lead and mature the change control lifecycle across our cybersecurity delivery portfolio. We need a self-starter who can quickly build structure, map existing processes, assess end-to-end change impacts, and own end-to-end delivery of an automated, audit-ready, transparent, and scalable change management process.
In addition to change oversight, this role will also lead program-wide communications — crafting messaging, managing stakeholder engagement, and maintaining visibility platforms such as SharePoint. You’ll partner across delivery, risk, and governance teams, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
