Rocky Mountain School District No. 6 is accepting external applications for Casual Custodians in the Golden Zone. The custodian ensures a healthy, clean, and safe learning environment, including cleaning and security of school facilities and monitoring public access.
Work is often after school hours and performed under the direction of the Operations Supervisor. Key duties include routine cleaning, minor maintenance, winter maintenance, safety checks, and reporting hazards.

The custodian is responsible to provide a healthy, clean and safe environment for learning within our facilities and to assist in general safety and comfort for staff, students and visitors. This role includes the cleaning and security of district buildings, as well as monitoring the public use of school facilities. Custodians often work alone and after school hours. Work is assigned and performed under the general direction of the Operations Supervisor.
$28.07 /hr as per the Collective Agreement 440
