Qualifications

• Mandatory CFP designation and at least 4 years of financial planning experience with direct asset consolidation responsibilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven high performance in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Genuine passion for financial planning with a client-focused, empathetic approach.
• Natural curiosity to understand motivations and long-term client goals for bigger picture solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort using digital tools (AI) to enhance client experience.
• Forward-thinking adaptability; experience improving financial planning processes; bilingual (French) is a strong asset.
