The role requires a Grade 12, G2 license, and a valid G-class driver’s license; you will repair leaks, maintain HVAC equipment, educate customers, ensure safety, and train new installers.

Qualifications

• Must have G2 gas license and a valid G-class driver’s license.
• Experience with residential HVAC and water heater service.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Professionally install water heater and tankless equipment per specs and code.
• Replace or repair leaking water heaters and maintain HVAC equipment.
• Ensure personal and customer safety; educate customers and offer solutions.
• Mentor and train new installers; participate in team activities.
• Work rotating shifts and weekends as required.
