Whistler Blackcomb in Whistler, BC is seeking certified ski and snowboard instructors for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Instructors will deliver high-quality lessons to groups and individuals, ensuring a safe, engaging experience on the mountain.

Starting wage ranges with opportunities to earn incentives, with full- and part-time hours. Housing is available, and employees receive Epic pass perks and discounts as part of the team.

Qualifications

• CSIA/PSIC/CASI Level 1 certification or higher.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons to guests of various ages.
• Deliver world class guest service in a safe, fun learning environment.
• Support ski school operations including scanning, lifts, and equipment fitting.
• Provide guest feedback to inspire lifelong skiers and riders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages. Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors will deliver quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $57.06/hr
• Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Job Responsibilities

• Support all ski school needs inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
• Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders

Job Requirements

• Minimum CSIA/PSIC/CASI instructor Level 1 certification or equivalent and above
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays
