You will greet customers, verify prescription information, and ensure accurate processing in a fast-paced store environment.

You will handle third-party adjudication, data entry, and prescription workflows while maintaining confidentiality and delivering timely, friendly service to patients in our community.

Qualificações

• Licensed with provincial licensing college.
• Diploma from a Pharmacy Technician College.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Good problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service and greet customers with prescription intake.
• Assist with dispensing prescriptions accurately and refer clinical questions to the pharmacist.
• Adjudicate third-party billing and manage workflow tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy per standards.
• Enter data in pharmacy systems and manage prescription workflows.
• Support administrative duties and store operations.
