Qualifications

• Red Seal Certification is required.
• 309A or 442A Certification is required.
• Experience with high voltage equipment and electrical principles.
• Bilingual English/French preferred.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and work orders to plan procedures.
• Plan and perform electrical work with knowledge of circuits and codes.
• Troubleshoot and test electrical equipment to locate faults.
• Repair or replace faulty motors, drives, panels and wiring.
• Install conduits, switches, and control equipment.
• Work on high voltage lines as required.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
• Use CMMS system.
• Perform rigging and installation related tasks.
• Ensure safety and emergency repairs to minimize production loss.
