Job summary

Interfor Corporation is seeking an energetic, Red Seal certified Electrician to join our team in Ontario. Starting rate for this position is $44.16 per hour, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and preventing downtime in sawmills and kilns.

Applicants should live in or be willing to relocate. This is not a camp or remote work facility. You will set up, troubleshoot and repair PLC and HMI systems, perform preventive maintenance and work as part of a safety‑conscious, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Electrician certification required.
• Strong working knowledge of PLCs and HMIs.
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe and efficient manner following safety rules and regulations.
