Herring Cove Community Dentistry in Halifax, NS is seeking a passionate Registered Dental Assistant on a full-time or part-time basis. You will equip the Dentist with outstanding treatment assistance and prepare rooms and instruments for patients.

New graduates are welcome. Experience with dental management software is a plus, and strong communication with patients and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II completed.
• Registered or in process of registration with Nova Scotia Dental Assistants’ Association.
• New graduates welcome.
• Experience with dental practice management software is asset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentist and provide treatment support.
• Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments for patient arrival.
