Job summary

123Dentist is seeking a passionate Registered Dental Assistant on a full-time basis in SE Calgary. You will support the Dentist by providing treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental instruments for patient arrival.

The ideal candidate has a valid Level II certification, is registered with the Alberta Dental Assistants College, and brings at least 3 years of experience. Rubber dam placement and temporary crowns are assets; Cleardent experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II.
• Registered with the College of Alberta Dental Assistants.
• 3 years of dental assisting experience is required.
• Confident in placing rubber dams is required, and making temporary crowns is an asset.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

The ideal RDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

• 32-36 hours per week
