Victoria Court Dental in Truro, NS is seeking a passionate, hard-working Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will support the Dentist by providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and instruments for patient arrival.

New graduates are welcome; NS registration or in-progress is encouraged. Experience with AbelDent is a plus, and you will join a team that values professional growth, mentorship, and a supportive work

The ideal CDA/RDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

SCHEDULE:

• 32-40 hours per week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
• Registered or in process of registering with the:
  • Nova Scotia Dental Assistants’ Association
• New graduates welcome
• We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)
• Experience with dental practice management software such as AbelDent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
