• Project Excellence: manage multiple CEO and Board search engagements with coordination and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project workplans, timelines and tools.
• Own and lead discrete workstreams within searches with accountability for quality and delivery.
• Coordinate client and candidate touchpoints for a professional experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline information.
• Draft clear client communications and support decision-making.
• Lead internal meetings and present search progress and pipeline updates.
• Build proficiency with Salesforce, Target Recruit, LinkedIn and MS Office.
