Lethbridge Polytechnic’s Centre for Trades and Technologies is seeking a Technician to provide technical support to students and instructors. Responsibilities include maintaining shop equipment, assisting during lab classes, and managing inventories. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on supporting Engineering Programs in a collaborative environment.
The Centre for Trades and Technologies is seeking a positive, outgoing, and self-directed individual with excellent communication skills to provide technical services to students and instructors. This position supports the Engineering Programs, as well as other programs within the Centre, by setting up and assisting instructors during lab classes, maintaining shops and shop equipment, and managing the ordering and upkeep of shop supplies and materials. The position reports directly to the Associate Dean, Centre for Trades and Technologies.
