Guillevin International in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, seeks to recruit for a Management Training Program to learn how to run a centre and serve a local market within a strong national network. You will gain exposure to projects of all sizes and work with leading manufacturers.

The program targets entrepreneurial, customer-focused individuals who are team players and ready to complete the dedicated training while building key supplier and staff relationships.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for taking on challenges.
• Customer-oriented and a great team player.
• Availability and willingness to complete the Learn to Manage Your Centre training program.
• Valid driver’s license and a good credit rating.

Responsibilities

• Understand your market and develop an annual business plan.
• Manage all activities of the business centre: finances, sales, projects and customer service.
• Build relationships with suppliers and promote the centre; invest in the community.
• Hire and train staff and foster a positive and productive work environment.
