Cenovus is seeking a Central Control Room Operator for the West White Rose offshore platform, offshore Newfoundland and Labrador. The role requires 5–10 years in upstream oil and gas, with offshore experience preferred, and involves 12-hour shifts on a 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation.
You will monitor CCSS, ICSS, fire & gas, ESD, and support systems, ensuring safe, continual operation and adherence to safety procedures. Travel offshore as needed.

This is a full-time, permanent position, located offshore on the West White Rose Platform (WWRP), working offshore 12 hours per day on a 3 weeks on/ 3 weeks off rotation. As a Central control room operator, you will be responsible for the overall control of the West White Rose production and utilities systems.

This is a safety sensitive position and will be subject to offshore pre-placement Fitness for Work assessments, which includes drug and alcohol screening, a CAPP medical and BST/HUEBA testing.
You must be able to travel via helicopter and boat. This position requires the successful candidate travel offshore, there you will be required to obtain and maintain medical clearance and obtain all required training necessary for offshore travel.
This is a safety sensitive position and will be subject to pre-placement Fitness for Work assessments, which includes drug and alcohol screening, a medical and driver’s abstract review.
