Concentra in Canada is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct in-center patient care, lead by example, and deliver exceptional care. You will focus on early intervention, accurate documentation, and coordinating with the center team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

This role emphasizes collaboration, compliance with HIPAA/PHI, and engagement with employers and referral sources. You’ll participate in CLT meetings, pursue professional development, and contribute to center growth

Qualifikationen

• DPT degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated clinical experience.
• Strong customer service and professional demeanor.

Aufgaben

• Provide 100% in-center direct patient care and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Monitor center metrics and support quality outcomes with staff therapists.
• Follow the Physical Therapy Guidebook and Perfect PT visit standards.
• Manage clinical outcomes and address outlier cases with staff.
• Ensure efficient workflows for referrals, scheduling, and documentation.
• Develop professional, collaborative work environment and promote teamwork.
• Engage with employers, referral sources, and payers to foster relationships.
• Oversee coding levels, charge capture, and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with state practice acts and regulations.
