Job summary

Fueling Brains Academy is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead one of our early learning campuses and build a capable team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on bringing together strong people, quality early learning, and solid operations so children thrive, families feel connected, and educators feel supported.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of licensed childcare or early learning with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience mentoring and coaching early childhood educators.
• Familiarity with childcare licensing, ratios, health and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage staffing, schedules and day‑to‑day operations.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD:

• Own the day-to-day operations and overall success of the center.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 2–5+ years of experience in licensed childcare or early learning, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong experience leading and coaching early childhood educators.
• Knowledge of childcare licensing, ratios, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Confidence managing staffing, schedules, performance and day-to-day operational challenges.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development or a related field.
• Child Care First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain within the required timeframe.
• Experience in childcare management, center leadership or administration is an asset.
