Job summary

Trican is Canada's leading pressure pumping company and seeks a Cement Supervisor to coordinate cement and acid operations across Grande Prairie, Red Deer, or Whitecourt. You will supervise personnel and equipment, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations in the field.

The role requires a minimum of two years cement supervisory experience, a valid Class 1 driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years cement supervisory experience.
• Valid Class 1 driver’s license is required.
• Pressure pumping experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physically demanding, heavy lifting required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cement and acid operations in the field.
• Supervise personnel and equipment safety at all times.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Conduct cementing and acidizing calculations and rig-up activities.
• Assist with training of operations staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies.
• Manage travel and movement of equipment to sites.
