Job summary

Sika Canada is seeking a production line worker to support hand-add operations and packaging tasks at its Ontario plant. You will contribute to quality by measuring materials with a digital scale and ensuring proper bagging of cement-based products.

The role involves stacking, material handling with a forklift if certified, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation. Uniforms are provided, with day/night shifts and overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification an asset.
• Strong time-management and independence.
• Ability to follow safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand-add station with digital scale to measure materials.
• Bag cement-based products per production and quality standards.
• Stack product onto pallets and manage materials safely.
• Operate forklift for material handling when certified/authorized.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to safety policies.
