Trican Well Service Ltd. is seeking a Cement Bulk Driver/Operator in Brooks to safely operate equipment on customer sites and during travel. Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, safety meetings, and routine maintenance while ensuring adherence to Trican's safety values.

The role requires a Class 1 licence, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, plus physical fitness for heavy lifting and long hours in field conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driver's licence is required.
• High school diploma is an asset.
• Safe driving skills; driver’s abstract will be requested.
• Physically fit – heavy lifting required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
• Skilled in problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate semitrailers and tractors on customer locations and during travel.
• Ensure safety priority in all activities and maintenance.
• Participate in incident investigations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete forms.
• Attend pre-job safety meetings on location.
• Inspect and configure equipment for travel and operation.
• Rig-out and disassemble equipment for transport.
• Maintain units and auxiliary equipment.
• Consult with supervisor and crew on operational issues.

The Cement Bulk Driver/Operator is responsible for thesafe operation of equipment on customer location, during travel and while instation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure thatTrican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is thepriority in all activities
• Operate semitractors and trailers in all conditions

• Perform pre andpost-trip inspections and accurately fill out all required forms
