Qualificações

• Part-time role with scheduling flexibility depending on home needs.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position supports the day-to-day maintenance and operation of our long-term care home and helps ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, families, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall and general building repairs
• Preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems and equipment
• Repair and maintenance of resident rooms, common areas, furniture and fixtures
• Basic troubleshooting of mechanical and building equipment
• Seasonal exterior maintenance and general upkeep of the property
• Moving furniture, equipment and supplies as required
• Assisting with renovations and improvement projects
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Supporting contractors and service providers working within the home
• Maintaining tools, equipment and maintenance work areas
• Following all health and safety, infection prevention and long-term care requirements
• Other maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications
