Reporting to the Director, Food & Beverage, the Cedars Restaurant Manager leads the day-to-day operation of Cedars Restaurant and Lounge, a high-volume, full-service restaurant serving resort guests and the local community, with seating for approximately 330 guests across the restaurant, lounge, and seasonal patio.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while overseeing Team Member performance and development, operational standards, financial performance, and the overall success of the restaurant.
