Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in CDS Canada by expanding and strengthening customer relationships and collaborating with retail partners within the assigned region. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will manage the sales strategy and provide insights on consumer profiles and trends to achieve corporate objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of related sales experience with strong customer focus.
• 2+ years’ experience managing people.
• Leadership, relationship building, customer focus and project management skills.
• Strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task across projects.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills to top executives.
• Bilingual English and French (Preferred).

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role manages the sales strategy for the CDS Sales team to achieve defined corporate objectives by providing valuable insights about consumer profiles and trends. We aim to consistently exceed expectations in our knowledge and our attentiveness to their overall business needs. CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco. We offer the best person-to-person marketing services in the industry, driving sales for our customers and Costco.
