Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in health sciences or related field with seven years of related experience.
• Two years in a leadership role.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of budget planning and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manages operating and capital budgets and develops action plans.
• Provides leadership to foster engagement, innovation and safe, quality care.
• Recruits and mentors leadership teams with regular feedback.
• Monitors workplace indicators and sets department objectives.
• Leads quality care and risk management, identifies action plans.
