Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Catering Department operations and delegate tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all events.
• Prepare beverages, set up buffets, serve meals and drinks, and clear tables.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in all service areas.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and housekeeping duties as required.
