Executive Aviation is looking for part-time Catering Leads for our Hamilton team at the Hamilton International Airport (YHM). This person will be the main point of contact for all catering-specific matters. You will be the "go-to" person in addressing challenges brought to attention from airlines and management. You will be responsible for maintaining our strong relationships and reputation with our airline partners and the airport authority. We are seeking a dynamic problem solver, a progressive thinker, and someone with the proven ability to create efficiencies in operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize catering space, supplies, and trucks
• Track inventory and order supplies as needed
• Manage stock orders and delivery schedules
• Liaise with CBSA for international flights
• Communicate with airlines, airport, management, and contractors as needed
• Upload and offload catering from aircraft
• Track updated procedures and train the team accordingly
• Complete catering schedules
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Personable and professional demeanor
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to operate a forklift truck
• Ability to meet all employment conditions, including:
• Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada
• Criminal background check
• Valid driver's license with a clear abstract
