Job Description:

1. Prepare and cook food for catering events;
2. Supervise kitchen helpers;
3. Oversee kitchen operations;
4. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
5. Set up and oversee special menu events;
6. Clean kitchen and work area during and after events;
7. May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
8. May hire and train kitchen staff.
