Job summary

Voyago in Waterloo Region is seeking two Casual (On-Call) Shuttle Drivers to provide safe, reliable shuttle service within the Waterloo Region. You will transport passengers along pre-assigned routes and perform basic vehicle inspections at the start of each shift.

You must be available for day shifts (Monday–Saturday), hold a G-class license with a clean driving record, and be able to obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening.

Qualifications

• Safe driver with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening.
• Professional driver with a G license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of the Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge Region.

Responsibilities

Overview

Voyago is hiring two Casual (On-Call) Shuttle Drivers in the Waterloo Region. As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide safe and reliable shuttle services within the Waterloo Region.

Your Role

• Shuttle Drivers are responsible for safely transporting passengers along a pre-assigned route.
• Shuttle Drivers are responsible for performing basic vehicle inspection to ensure their vehicle is in good working order at the start of their shift.
• Some administrative work may be required.

Shift Availability

You must be available to cover day shifts as required (Monday - Saturday).

Hourly Wage

$20.05 per hour.

Requirements

• You are a safe driver with a clean driving record.
• You can obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening.
• You are a professional driver with a class license of G.
• You have excellent customer service skills.
• You have a sound knowledge of the Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge Region and surrounding areas.
