We are seeking an accomplished Mill Operator with extensive operational experience to support the development and mentorship of our mill operator workforce. The Senior Mill Operator will play a key role in reinforcing safe work practices, improving operator capability, and supporting consistency in mill operations through hands‑on guidance and knowledge transfer. This role is located at the Côte Gold Mine Site and offers a fixed‑term, flexible or occasional schedule.
Salary Range: $70,800 - $106,200 + Bonus.

This role can be structured as casual, part‑time, or contract, depending on availability and mutual agreement.
