Job summary

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma with culinary focus and at least one year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of industry food specifications and health and safety regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to supervise students.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils and storage areas.
• Assist with the preparation and serving of food.
