Job summary

Plan A Niagara is seeking compassionate RNs and RPNs to provide quality care to seniors in Canada. You will support resident care, wound care, and assessments while coordinating with the healthcare team.

Shifts include day, evening, and night, with opportunities for travel to different facilities. On-site PPE is provided and orientation is given at each home.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the CNO.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Hardworking, compassionate, positive, solution-orientated, professional, and flexible.
• LTC experience considered and asset.
• Must have access to own transportation/travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the healthcare team and coordinate resident care.
• Provide wound care and assessments following the scope of practice per CNO.
• Perform duties across shifts with site-specific orientation to each facility.

Qualifications and Skills

RNs and RPNs are expected to manage the healthcare team, provide wound care and assessments to residents, following their scope of practice, as outlined by the CNO.

• Must be registered with the CNO
• Excellent attendance and punctuality

**ALL NECESSARY PPE WILL BE PROVIDED ON SITE**

The specific responsibilities and duties vary slightly between facilities, as well as from shift to shift. These expectations will be communicated during the site-specific orientation to each facility.
