St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph (SJHCG) is seeking a casual Registered Practical Nurse for the Complex Continuing Care (Whispering Oaks) unit. The RPN will perform general nursing duties, supervise PSWs, and work under CNO standards with approved care plans.

Requirements include an active Ontario license and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. On-site shifts span 8- and 12-hour blocks, and applicants should be available for all shifts.

Formación

• RPN licensed in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Minimum 1 year hospital experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with health records and basic computer use.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general nursing duties and daily work assignments per CNO standards.
• Supervise staff including PSWs and support services on a unit.
• Collaborate with RNs and health care team to meet care needs.
• Develop and adjust plans of care for less complex clients.
