Job summary

Mint Health + Drugs is seeking a Casual Pharmacy Assistant in Calgary, AB. You will support pharmacists and technicians, process prescriptions, manage inventory, and deliver frontline customer service in a team‑oriented setting.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and basic computer skills. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred and familiarity with Kroll is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• High accuracy in reading prescriptions and labeling products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and team members.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software (Kroll) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions by receiving, inputting, and filling under supervision.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Provide friendly customer service and handle phone inquiries and payments.
• Support pharmacists and technicians with daily pharmacy operations and cleanliness.
