Job summary

Suncrest College in Melville, Saskatchewan, invites applications for a casual Instructor position in the Primary Care Paramedic program. You will plan, teach, coach and assess students, supervising classroom and lab activities.

This role starts as soon as possible and runs through May 28, 2027. The ideal candidate holds an Advanced Care Paramedic Diploma, is licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics, and has cross-cultural teaching experience.

Qualifications

• The minimum educational qualification is an Advanced Care Paramedic Diploma.
• The minimum practical experience required is two years as Advanced Care Paramedic.
• Applicants must meet Saskatchewan Polytechnic accreditation requirements.
• Licensed with Saskatchewan College of Paramedics.
• ITLS Instructor Certification is an asset.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are assets.
• Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Instruct the Primary Care Paramedic Certificate program.
• Plan, teach, coach, evaluate and record student progress.
• Supervise students in classroom and lab settings.
